Polenta box

Polenta is corn flour, traditionally cooked in large copper pots on the stove. It is a traditional dish of Northern Italy and each country has its own typical recipe. In Valle d’Aosta it is eaten with butter and cheese (polenta concia), or with game. A unique dish to savour imagining yourself in a cabin in the mountains.
