Suitable for Valdostan chopping boards, it always finds the right place on every table.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are de-stemmed; fermentation carried out at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C, with a maceration of about 8-10 days on the skins. Bottling is scheduled for the end of summer, bottle aging lasts about 6 months.
